Responsibilities:
· Assist technical service support for Business Unit - paper & board in Malaysia.
· In - Plant management
· Maintain support of existing business and assist grow sales, improve margin with sales team for Business Unit - paper & board.

2) Development Technologist (Chemist) - Location: Tebrau
Responsibilities:
· To provide technical and print solution to meet market needs and support business growth.
· Utilizing company intermediate technology to formulate product to meet customer's needs and print requirement.
· Constantly work on cost effectiveness of the formulation with the focus on cost optimization.
· Ensure high standards in the laboratory practices and test procedures are in the place. This is also to ensure all laboratory equipment is in good operating conditions.
· Plan, define and control budgets on area of responsibility in agreement with Head of Business Unit.
· Analysis of raw materials for product and technology development and ensure information sharing between technology and commercial teams.
· Efficient project and resources management to achieve defined objectives in time with consideration of cost and performance.

3) Management Trainee- Location: Puchong
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the technical support of ink development and dispenser maintenance in Business Unit team Malaysia.
· Assist technical service support for Business Unit in Malaysia
· Maintain support of existing business and assist grow sales, improve margin with sales team for Business Unit
· Assist on the product Range, SKU's and costs.
· Cost down project for Business Unit team
· Prepare timely Customers Forecast for key accounts.

Requirements:
4) Sales Executive-Location: Puchong.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the development of Overall sales / marketing activities for SFUV & Label Business Unit.
· Gathering market update and customer information
· Maintain and developing excellent rapport/ relationships with existing customers in an attempt to increase their current spend
· Responsible for heading up expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing customer.
· Accountable for all customer proposal, contract and any further documentation e.g.: quotation etc
· Provide efficient and effective support to account management on collection (DSO) to a maximum of 90 days.
· KAM responsibility and improve KAM
· Minimize inventory through re-modification of ink
Requirements:
· SPM or STPM level with credit in Science and Mathematics with 3 years working experience in ink or chemical industry.
· 3-5 years experiences in ink, paint or related industry will be added advantage.
· Good interpersonal skill.
· Computer literate.

5) Technical Sales Manager-Location: Puchong
Responsibilities:
· Supports Company strategy by ensuring Company sales goals are achieved through proper determination of how the company can meet customer requirements and system configurations within time and cost constraints.
· Manages the team of technical professionals supporting sales of the company's products, solutions as well as services. Also manages customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction.
· To strong support Key end user projects
· Successful implementation of sales tools, technologies, application services and products at the assigned customers and projects in order to satisfy their needs and expectations
· Compliance of standards, processes and guidelines within the area of responsibility. This includes regular sales reports and updates for the selected customers and projects
· Analysis of market/customer needs and corresponding information sharing and development of action plans between Sub Region and Local Tobacco team
· Fast and accurate Colour matching is performed for customer, along with technical advice
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably technical related field.
· 8 to 10 years direct work experience in printing/ink manufacturing in technical or commercial role and one year leadership responsibility
· Familiar with a wide range of ink/chemical technologies

6) Maintenance Technician (AO Electrical Charge man)-Location: Tebrau
Responsibilities:
· To ensure all electrical installation is in order – liaising with Electrical Consultant, TNB and Suruhanjaya Tenaga
· To carry out electrical maintenance repairs and electrical installation work effectively for plant operation machines and equipment, site facilities and services.
· To ensure all works performed by oneself or third party contractors are carried out within safety and environment standards including maintain a high 5’S standard of housekeeping at all times.
· Participate in reducing the conversion cost and saving projects.
Requirement:
· Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering – charge man AO
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a similar industry.

Responsibility:
· Implementation of technology applications, solutions and services for Malaysia printers/converters to maximize customer satisfaction, this includes colour matching, technical service and provide support to Puchong manufacturing operations to achieve business needs.
· Co-ordination and resolution of technology related customer claims by providing optimised solutions to maximise customer satisfaction.
· Co-ordinate with manufacturing operation and QC team on the control and supervisions of new products manufacturing and process testing, and participation in manufacturing improvement meetings and provide technical advice for manufacturing improvements.
Requirement:
· Min diploma or equivalent
· Required bachelor degree, chemistry preferred
· 2-5 years experience in a lab environment or press site, printing or chemistry manufacturing setting preferred.
· Analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis a plus
· Preferably have technical skills for color matching
